Senator Lindsay moved to amend Senator Weld’s amendment on page three, section six, after the section caption, by inserting a new subsection, designated subsection (a), to read as follows:

            (a) This article does not apply to Class 1 or Class 2 municipalities, as defined by §8-1-3 of this code, nor to any municipality approved for Home Rule.;

And by re-lettering the remaining subsections.
